About this category
This award recognises an accountant or finance professional in their first five years after starting their career on the Isle of Man whose progress, contribution and attitude stand out. Judges look for impact relative to experience and potential.

Open to accountants and finance professionals within five years of starting their career, working on the Isle of Man.

Additional criteria
Entries should include a concise case study, supporting figures such as growth, efficiency, client retention, exam results or audit outcomes, and, where possible, comments from clients, managers or colleagues. Client names and confidential figures can be left out or given as ranges, and nothing in an entry is shared beyond the judging panel. Entrants must live or work on the Isle of Man, or work for an organisation with a substantial presence on the island. Judges consider the size of every firm and team, so a sole practitioner competes on equal terms with a large practice.
